Our spices are sourced from Malaysia, China, India, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

Modern spice processing allows for a fragrant, rich and fine curry powder that you can't find elsewhere.

Our raw spices are pre-cleaned prior to processing

They are put through an Air Separator, Destoner and Magnetic Separator

Steam Sterilization

Chemical-free, using saturated steam under high pressure to kill spores and micro-organisms

Cryogenic Grinding

This low-temperature process creates finer powders, preserves aroma, colour and the volatile oils of spices

Proper Testing Procedures

Tested for metals, bacteria and mycotoxins
